Conclusion

Based on the survey and the result we know that, the happy meals and the toys not just for the kid, it also attract the adult interest to get it and collect it, whether need line up a long queue. A toy is a thing that can make people crazy on it, and also can make people happy. So that, McDonalds’ launch many type of different toy to their customer and let them have a set of limited collection of McDonald’s toys. So that, I recommend McDonald’s also can target adult on the happy meal and provide them a special and surprise toy to let them collect.

10 of the customer, 6 of the male customer has bought the happy meal before, and 4 of the female buy the happy meals before.


Most of the customers are student which are 70 percent, and 30 percent are working. It is because much of the students from TARC are living in this area.


In this result, consumer will buy the happy meal to their own, or buy to the kid. It also state that, happy meal not just for the kid, it also have much adult to consume it.


The minion is the top of the collect in this year, because of the Despicable Me movie and the game influence customer wish to collect these toys. Other toys that customer has interest to collect such as Hello kitty, Trazan, snoppy, and Pokemon.


Most of the customer is because they like the toys, so that they want to collect it, and some customer just because of the friends influence and have a collection then only buy the happy meal and take the toys. Limited people say that, the toy is cute and limited so they wish to get it.


In last but not least, in my research most of the people will willing to line up a long queue to get their interest toys, if they’re really like it, and there are willing to wait more then 1 hours, or some people will line up the queue until can get the toys.

Interview

For this section, I have asked each customer around 5 questions and I target 10 customers that are consuming their McDonalds’ in Taman Melati. The method I use in this business research is quota base it is because I only target 10 customers to get my response.
Questions:
1.      Did you have bought happy meal before? Bought the happy meal for whom?
2.      Buying the happy meal is because of the toys?
3.      Did you collect any McDonalds’ toys before? For example?
4.      What are the reasons to collect the toys?

5.      If the toys that launch by McDonalds’ are very famous and you wish to get it, will you willing to line up a long queue? How long you willing to wait?
