For this section, I have asked each customer around
5 questions and I target 10 customers that are consuming their McDonalds’ in
Taman Melati. The method I use in this business research is quota base it is
because I only target 10 customers to get my response.
Questions:

Did you have bought happy meal before? Bought
the happy meal for whom?
2. Buying
the happy meal is because of the toys?
3. Did
you collect any McDonalds’ toys before? For example?
4. What
are the reasons to collect the toys?
5.
If the toys that launch by McDonalds’ are
very famous and you wish to get it, will you willing to line up a long queue?
How long you willing to wait?
